HOTEL / RECEPTION INFORMATION :

What is the location of the hotel?

The hotel is located in the Massif de la Clape, between Narbonne and Narbonne Plage, 10 minutes from the motorway exit N° 37.

How to get to your place (access map)?
What are the opening/closing times of the reception?

Our reception service is open every day from 7.15am to 10pm & 24 hours a day in July/August.

What are the opening/closing times of the restaurant?

Lunch service: From noon to 1pm and evening: From 7.30pm to 9pm (order taken)

From what time can we arrive?

Our rooms are available from 4pm. In order to welcome you in the best conditions, do not hesitate to contact us in case of early or late arrival.

From what time must the room be vacated?

Our rooms can be vacated before noon.

Is it possible to arrive earlier (early check-in)?

This is possible depending on our availability. Please contact us for any request.

Is it possible to leave the room later? (late check-out)?

This is possible depending on our availability. Please contact us for any request.

What is the procedure if I arrive after the reception has closed?

We put an envelope with your name in the letterbox at the entrance of the reception, containing your key, an access map, as well as useful information for your stay.
It is imperative to contact us in order to welcome you in the best conditions.

What languages are spoken at the hotel?

We can welcome you in French, English, Spanish and Italian.

When is the hotel closed?

Our establishment closes every year at the end of the year. Dates vary.
Please contact our reception for more information.

Is the hotel easily accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Our hotel has 1 room for disabled guests (Classic category).
All parts of our hotel are accessible (ground floor rooms, reception hall, breakfast room and restaurant).

Do you accept animals?

Pets are welcome. However, they are not allowed in our indoor and outdoor catering areas, nor around the swimming pool.
A supplement of 30,00€ per day will be charged on site.

Do you have a luggage service? Baggage handler? Roomservice?

We do not have a baggage handler. However, we are happy to take care of your luggage on request.

ROOM INFORMATION

Is it possible to have a twin room?

Yes, this is entirely possible depending on availability.
Our twin rooms are available in the following categories: Classic (2 only), Superior and Collection Suite.

Is it possible to have a room for people with reduced mobility (PMR room)?

We have a classic PRM room.

Is it possible to add a baby bed in a Classic/Superior room?

Yes, this is possible at no extra charge.
For your comfort, we suggest that you book a Superior room which will be more spacious than a Classic room.

Is it possible to add an extra bed in a Classic/Superior room?

Our hotel does not have an extra bed.
For your family stay, we suggest you choose our Collection Suite or Heritage Suite (mezzanine).

What are your suites made of (Collection/Legacy)?

Our suites consist of a bedroom and a small living room with a sofa bed.

Are your rooms equipped with a walk-in shower? Shower? Bathtub?

Our rooms are mainly equipped with a bathtub.
Some of them have a shower.
Do not hesitate to let us know your preference.
We will be happy to accommodate you according to our availability.

What is the size of the beds (Classic/Superior/Suite rooms)?

The maximum size of our beds is 200/180 (double bed).

Do you have a lift?

Our buildings are on two floors and do not have a lift.

Do you have a sea view? Pool view?

Our estate is in the heart of the vineyards.
Our rooms overlook the vineyards, the garden or the courtyard.

Do you have rooms with a terrace? Balcony?

Some of our Classic and Superior rooms on the ground floor have a terrace.
Rooms on the first floor do not have a balcony or terrace.

ANCILLARY SERVICES

What are the opening hours of your facilities? Swimming pool, Tennis, Putting, Fitness?

Our fitness corner is open from 8am to 10pm every day.
The swimming pool and other leisure areas (tennis court, putting green) are open from 9am to 8pm.

Do you have equipment on loan?

Loaner equipment is available at the hotel reception.
A deposit is required on the room.

Which one?

Tennis and table tennis rackets.
Putter and golf clubs.
Balls, petanque balls.
We also have some child-friendly equipment.

What are the opening hours for your shop?

Our shop is open every day from 9am to 7pm. And until 8pm in July/August.

Schedules for guided tours ?

Guided tours are only available during the summer season.
We offer tours at either 10:30 or 17:30.

Do I need to book a tasting?

You can do a wine tasting whenever you want between 09:00 and 19:00, every day without reservation.

RESTAURANT INFORMATION

Can we come without a reservation?

No, the restaurant is only available by reservation.

Do you accept special diets: Allergies, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free...?

Yes, absolutely.
Do not hesitate to tell us about your special schemes.

What are the opening days and times?

Our restaurant is open every day except Saturday lunchtime, Sundays & Mondays all day.

Do you allow pets in the restaurant?

For reasons of hygiene, our four-legged friends are not allowed in our restaurant.

Do you have a maximum number for reservations?

Up to 6 people, you can book online, on our website (unique menu proposed from 6 people).
