  • Stay in the room or suite of your choice, offering incomparable comfort and elegance. Each morning, enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast to begin the day beautifully.
  • Discover the history and secrets of Château l'Hospitalet during a private tour. Conclude your visit with an exclusive tasting of six Grands Wines, carefully selected for you.
  • Choose two estates from the following options: Domaine de l'Aigle & Château la Soujeole, Domaine de Villemajou & Clos d'Ora, or Château La Sauvageonne & Clos du Temple. Enjoy a private tour of the vineyards, wineries and cellars, with an on-site tasting to discover the exceptional wines of each estate.
  • First seasonal dinner: In winter, savour a dinner inspired by Gérard Bertrand’s grandmother’s recipes in our charmingly traditional rotisserie, Chez Paule. In summer, enjoy a Biodynamie dinner with your feet in the sand at Hospitalet Beach, featuring dishes prepared with biodynamic vegetables from our Celeyran farm.
  • Second three-course dinner: In winter, savour a three-course dinner at Chez Paule, where culinary traditions take centre stage. In summer, enjoy a three-course dinner at Hospitalet Beach, offering a gastronomic experience with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean (drinks not included).
