At the heart of the Moon Room, a round table represents the Earth at the centre of the solar system. The splendour of the sun, moon, and inner and outer planets is enhanced by suspended light fittings.

During dinner, the meal served in the Moon Room invites you to discover how each planet in the solar system influences the living world—one of the fundamental principles of biodynamics—according to a choreographed rhythm and service ritual.

The Moon Room’s sensory and holistic experience lasts more than three hours, bringing together the flavours, colours and textures of dishes and wines, as well as music and light, to journey through an entire cycle of metamorphosis.

Each dish on the eight-course menu is paired with wines from different estates within the Gérard Bertrand constellation. They are presented in direct harmony with a planet, a universe, a moment in plant life, and a sonic and musical atmosphere.
