Château l'Hospitalet marks the arrival of winter and the beginning of a new cycle of life through the symbolic act of vine pruning, with a four-course dinner by Chef Laurent Chabert. The evening begins with the opening of Michel Rogé’s exhibition "Duality is not a duel, but a symbiosis" , then continues with live piano at the Jazz Bar.
