We recommend arriving at the Spa 5 minutes before your treatment time. Any lateness on your part will reduce the time reserved for your treatment. The stated treatment duration includes the time needed to settle you into the treatment room.
Within the spa, we ask that you remain dressed in at least a bathrobe. There is no “nude” area. Children aged 16 and over may enter only when accompanied by an adult. Animals are not permitted.
Our spa is a space for wellbeing and relaxation; we recommend switching off your mobile phone once you arrive, so that you may enjoy the full experience and respect the tranquillity of our guests.
In the event of cancellation, we require 24 hours’ notice before the treatment.
Otherwise, we will be obliged to charge you for the scheduled treatment.

It all began in 1968 with the meeting of two passionate individuals: Léonor, devoted to beauty and hair health, and Jean-Marie, an engineer with a passion for botany.
