L’Art de Vivre Restaurant – Gastronomy and elegance at Château l’Hospitalet
For your most important occasions, make our gastronomic restaurant L’Art de Vivre exclusively yours, honoured with a Green Star in the Michelin Guide and two toques from Gault & Millau. Under the direction of Chef Laurent Chabert, our restaurant offers modern cuisine that elevates nature and celebrates the Mediterranean art de vivre.
Imagine an apéritif on the terrace overlooking the Allée des Oliviers and the La Clape Natural Park: a glass of sparkling wine accompanied by gastronomic bites to awaken the palate. Then continue with a 3-, 5- or 7-course gastronomic menu, elevated by Gérard Bertrand's Grands Wines.

L’Hospitalet Beach - Lunches & dinners with your feet in the sand
Our beach restaurant, l’Hospitalet Beach, just 8 minutes from Château l’Hospitalet in Narbonne-Plage, opens its doors for you to celebrate your events with your feet in the sand, facing the sea. Enjoy seasonal Mediterranean cuisine inspired by local flavours and fresh produce.
Imagine enjoying an aperitif with our Wine Cocktails, made with Gérard Bertrand wines, and delicious tapas to share in the beach lounge area, before taking your seat to savour your meal overlooking the sea in the restaurant.
For family meals or gatherings with friends, a section of the restaurant will be reserved for you. Private hire of l’Hospitalet Beach is also possible and recommended for groups of 80 people or more.
Several aperitif and meal options will be offered, according to your wishes. For the meal, a single menu will be offered to the entire group.

Chez Paule – Cuisine of the terroir
From late September to late April, our bistronomic restaurant Chez Paule at Château l'Hospitalet welcomes you for family meals in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
We offer terroir-inspired cuisine showcasing seasonal produce selected from local producers who share our passion for excellence.
The bar area at Château l'Hospitalet, the Jazz Bar, is ideal for an aperitif before taking your seat at the table. In fine weather, the Patio welcomes you for a delightful aperitif in the shade of the plane mulberry trees.
For dessert, our Pastry Chef brings all their expertise to your wishes, creating bespoke birthday cakes and delicious little choux pastries on request. Be tempted by unique, indulgent creations, perfect for elevating your celebratory moments!
