Competition Rules
ARTICLE 1: SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND (SIRET 382 338 952 0015), with share capital of €6,000,000.00 and registered office at Route de Narbonne-Plage, 11100 NARBONNE, is organising a free prize draw with no purchase obligation from 3 May 2024 to 31 May 2024, “Win a meal for two at the Moon Room”.
ARTICLE 2: Only one entry per person is permitted, and the prize offered from 3 May 2024 to 31 May 2024 is as follows: A meal for 2 people at the Moon Room at Château l’Hospitalet, with a total value of €690 including VAT, comprising two Moon Room menus with food and wine pairings, on a date of your choice, subject to the establishment’s opening hours and availability.
ARTICLE 3: Entries must be submitted online by completing the appropriate form with the participant’s surname, first name, email address and telephone number. This prize draw, with no purchase obligation, is open to any natural person aged over 18, with internet access and a valid email address, and residing outside Italy. The prize draw is subject to French legislation applicable to games and competitions. The organising company may ask any participant to provide proof of age and, where applicable, disqualify a participant unable to prove that they meet the required age. Participation in this prize draw constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic cancellation of the entry and any potential award of prizes. The rules may be consulted on the website “gerard-bertrand.com”. Participation in the prize draw implies that the winner expressly authorises the organising company to use their surname, first name and town of residence for any useful advertising purpose, in any medium whatsoever, without any consideration other than the award of their prize. Participation in this prize draw is offered to all persons, excluding employees of the organising companies, service providers and partners involved in this operation, as well as their families.
ARTICLE 4: Any incomplete information will be deemed invalid and will not be taken into account, and winners will not be entitled to the prize offered. In this case, a new draw will be held. The prize described in Article 2 may not give rise to a cash equivalent, replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever. The prize draw is free.
ARTICLE 5: This prize draw will result in the designation of one winner, under the supervision of SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEX. The draw to designate the winners of the prize draw entitled “Win a meal for two at the Moon Room” will take place between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.
ARTICLE 6: In the event of force majeure or a health crisis, the organising company reserves the right to postpone, amend or cancel this prize draw, change the prize and replace it with another of equal value should circumstances require. Winners will be notified by personal letter within 20 days of the closing date of the operation.
ARTICLE 7: Participants authorise the organising companies to use, in connection with any advertising operation relating to this prize draw, their surname, first name, title, postal address, email address, telephone number and photograph, without restriction or reservation and without this conferring any right to remuneration or benefit other than the award of the prize.
ARTICLE 8: In accordance with the law, each participant has a right of access, consultation, rectification and deletion relating to their personal data, which they may exercise by writing to the Data Protection Officer, SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND, Route de Narbonne Plage, 11100 NARBONNE.
ARTICLE 9: Participation in the prize draw “Win a meal for two at the Moon Room” implies participants’ full and complete acceptance of these rules, lodged with SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEX. These complete rules will be sent free of charge by email to any person who requests them by sending an email to the following address: contact@gerard-bertrand.com.
ARTICLE 10: Connection and use: Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking, and the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. The organising company accepts no liability in the event of misuse or an incident related to the use of a computer, internet access, the maintenance or malfunction of the Prize Draw servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, or the sending of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.
ARTICLE 11: Jurisdiction: Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts designated in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
ARTICLE 12: Literary and artistic property rights: In accordance with laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements comprising this Prize Draw are strictly prohibited. The trademarks mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
