For the first time, Clos du Temple opens the doors of its winery to the public on 30 April 2026.
This venue, the work of architect François Fontès, usually devoted to winemaking, becomes, for one evening, the stage for an exceptional gastronomic and sensory experience.
A legendary terroir
At the heart of Cabrières, cradle of royal rosés, the estate reveals the singular character of its terroir, where biodynamics magnify the natural energy of the soils and vines, in a balance as vibrant as it is precise.
The discovery begins with a private visit to the monumental winery, distinguished by its pyramidal vats—a true architectural signature—before rising towards this unique sanctuary overlooking the vines, conceived according to the proportions of the golden ratio, for an immersion as aesthetic as it is sensory.
A collaboration of excellence
During a unique vertical tasting, Xavier Thuizat, named Best Sommelier of France 2022 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will guide a tasting of great finesse. From the luminous, vibrant Clos du Temple 2023 to the eternal depth of the Legend Vintage 1955, for a rare, elegant and unforgettable moment.
A dinner conceived around caviar
Laurent Chabert, Chef of the restaurant l'Art de Vivre, holder of a Michelin Green Star, will create a six-course haute couture menu, defined by precision and harmony, in which each creation will enhance the estate’s crus, in a delicate dialogue with a selection of French caviars from Sturia, for a gastronomic experience as elegant as it is singular.
