The Art of the Truffle - Vine Pruning Celebration on December 12

Gérard Bertrand and his team invite you to an evening celebrating the vine pruning season and the truffle. Château l'Hospitalet marks the arrival of winter and a new cycle of life through the symbolic act of pruning the vines, with a four-course dinner by Chef Laurent Chabert. The evening begins with the opening of Michel Rogé’s exhibition, "Duality Is Not a Duel, but a Symbiosis", before continuing with live piano music at the Jazz Bar.

Duality runs through the evening: the end of one cycle and the beginning of another, what is cut away and what grows back, winter and renewal, the earth and the work of art.

Valid only on December 12, 2026
