Château l’Hospitalet Wine Resort Beach & Spa invites you to an exceptional evening devoted to great lovers of wine and gastronomy. A rare experience, conceived and hosted by Paolo Basso, World’s Best Sommelier, to explore and compare the profiles of ten exceptional wines, from emblematic terroirs of the Languedoc-Roussillon and the world’s greatest wine regions.

In the Master Class space at Château l’Hospitalet, Paolo Basso invites you to an unprecedented comparative tasting, built around five great terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon, in dialogue with five great international terroirs, each represented by one of the world’s greatest wines.
Guided by Paolo Basso’s expertise, participants are invited to discover, compare and appreciate remarkable expressions of these exceptional terroirs through their greatest wines.

Gastronomic Dinner with Food & Wine Pairings

Extend this unique experience with a gastronomic dinner created especially for the occasion by Chef Laurent Chabert, awarded a Michelin Green Star for his creative and committed cuisine.
Over the course of a five-part menu, the chef invites you on a culinary journey inspired by the gastronomic identities of South Africa, California, South America, Germany and Australia.
Each dish will be elevated by rare vintages, carefully selected from Gérard Bertrand’s private wine library, in harmony with the chef’s creations. The food and wine pairings will be presented throughout the evening by Paolo Basso, for an experience of discovery and sharing.
